Volunteer Opportunities

Caring Pals USA depends upon a network of talented, caring volunteers giving one, two, four or more hours of their time several days each week. Currently Caring pals seeks Community Coordinators (organizing support in your area, nominating organizations and individual children to receive assistance from Caring Pals USA), Care Marketing Coordinators (dealing with local businesses interested in being involved), PR Coordinators (helping to get news of our new mission to the public), Volunteer Coordinators (enlisting new volunteers), program directors (organizing local street teams and other programs), newsletter contributors, and newsletter editors across the country.

Volunteers should have at least 6 hours a week to dedicate to Caring pals USA activities. Volunteers should have daily access to the internet, excellent communication skills, and enjoy dealing with people. The ability to file brief, weekly reports.Volunteers may work from home, or, in some cases at regional offices or program sites.

To indicate a desire to volunteer, visit the contact page of the Caring Pals USA website. Within 48 hours of receipt of your offer, a Caring Pals volunteer coordinator will contact you.

A volunteer may do so for an indefinite period. We ask that volunters in need of ceasing activities give a two week notice and nominate a replacement.

The primary benefit is the satisfaction of knowing that you are an important part of helping needy kids in America. And you will be an integral part of a new concept in helping those in need - our Community of Care (No huge administrative costs, no red tape, just caring people like you helping kids).
