Associate Team Member
Definition
Like street team members, Associate Team Members engage the public in brief friendly discussions, providing information
about local and national organizations helping kids in America, and facilitating a connection between any interested person
and the organization(s) that person may wish to support. Associate Team Members also provide information about Caring Pals
USA. Unlike street team members, Associate Team Members do not have sponsors, and do not report to any specific location,
but, rather, work from home, in their neighborhoods, at school, or at their place of employment, and often utilize door-to-door
campaigns, online message boards, and school or workplace bulletin boards to attract the attention of the public.
Requirements
Any person 18 years of age or older who possesses a valid government-issued photo-ID and a social security number may apply
to be an Associate Street team Member. All applicants must submit a passport-style photo of themselves, and a copy of their
government-issued ID. All applicants must have access to the internet on a daily basis.
Process
To apply to be an Associate Team Member, any eligible adult may complete and submit our online application, and a photograph.
We will contact the applicant within 48 hours. Background checks are conducted. And accepted applicants will begin a free
five-day online training course, concluding with a brief online test. Those whom fail, may re-apply. Those who pass will receive
a Caring Pals Associate Team Member Kit, ID card and number, and online user ID and password in the mail within 5 business
days. A secure webpage for submission of reports will be set up for each Associate Team Member. Because Associate Team Members
are not sponsored, uniforms are not provided, nor required. Associate Team members may purchase caps, bags, and shirts displaying
their name and the Caring Pals USA name and logo if they so choose.
Period
Associate Members must submit thrice a week online reports to remain active. By doing so, Associate Team Members may remain
such indefinitely.

average, each hour of your activities on behalf of needy kids in America will result in almost two hundred dollars for the
organizations helping them. Secondary benefits include: excellent public speaking and marketing experience; good compensation;

businesses and individuals), and Associate Team Members can expect to earn more than five hundred dollars per week.
