Purpose & Programs
Caring Pals USA strives to improve the quality of life, and long-term outlook for needy children in America through
research, support, education, and programs that bring together businesses, individuals, charities and those in need
of aid in a "community of care."
During informative face-to-face exchanges between friendly Caring Pals' ambassadors and interested members of the
public, the cause (helping needy kids in America), the problems that these children face, and the programs and organizations
providing aid, are discussed. And those whom wish to help in some way are provided with the opportunity to do so.
Caring Pals USA is founded upon a network of volunteers that identify and implement projects to address areas of need in communities
across America. Caring Pals USA also promotes and supports other non-profit organizations with proven-effective programs.

Fundraising ActivitiesFundraising methods include face-to-face fundraising, email campaigns, sales, and special projects, such
as our Performing Arts Project - a unique program providing the opportunity for businesses, groups and individuals to
sponsor a free public performance of a local performing artist, including classical musicians, a capella singers, poets, novelty
acts and dancers.
Tax StatusThis organization is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is eligible to
receive contributions deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
Financial
Caring Pals is a newly-formed organization. Financial reports shall be posted annually, and made available for public
review. Caring Pals USA will always utilize independent accountants to prepare public reports.
